What is the Ron Coote Cup?

The Round 5 Heritage Round match between Wests Tigers and South Sydney Rabbitohs will be played at Allianz Stadium on Sunday, April 1, at 3pm. The teams will be playing for the inaugural Men of League Cup with officials expecting a crowd of more than 30,000 for the game.

The theme of the match is the 60 year anniversary of the 1952 Grand Final between Western Suburbs Magpies and South Sydney. It was the last first grade premiership won by the Magpies.
